Assistant Commissioner of Police Subhash must overcome all odds and incorporate his strengths to safeguard the prime minister of India.

Anbarasu, a carefree son of a corrupt police constable, thwarts an encounter planned by Chandrasekar, an undercover cop. Anbu becomes an unwitting pawn in Chandrasekar's next attempt on the gangster's life but that operation, too, fails. Now, both the cop and the criminal are after Anbu.

Anand Raj And Sarath Kumar play role of high spirited youths wanting to reform the society, both wish to be police but Anand Raj misses out. He is turned to me rowdy who doesn't care about law and institutions. Sarath Kumar becomes the good cop and does his job, but falls prey to scheming villain's and loses his job.
